All applications shall be filed with the Borough Secretary for processing at the Borough of Port Carbon Municipal Building, 301 First Street, Port Carbon, PA 17965, during regular business hours. Applications must be submitted with all required supporting documentation and the applicable fee. Incomplete applications, missing documentation, or applications submitted without the required payment may be denied or delayed until all requirements have been satisfied.
