The Borough of Port Carbon provides residential garbage collection services through a contract with Casella. Waste Systems, the Borough’s designated waste hauler. Regular curbside collection helps keep our community clean, safe, and attractive for residents and visitors alike.
Residents are encouraged to place properly bagged household waste at the curb in accordance with the Borough’s collection schedule and regulations. Certain materials may require special handling or are prohibited from regular collection. Please review the Borough’s sanitation guidelines for information regarding acceptable waste, bulk item collection, recycling requirements, and prohibited items.
Working together to properly dispose of waste helps maintain the quality of life that makes Port Carbon a great place to live, work, and visit.
