Due to limited staffing and a shortage of available manpower, Port Carbon Borough will not be conducting curbside leaf collection this year.
Residents are advised that leaves may be bagged and placed out for disposal with regular household garbage.
The Borough appreciates the understanding and cooperation of all residents as we continue to address these operational challenges.
