As per the Ordinance titled Chapter 204: PORTABLE STORAGE UNITS AND DUMPSTERS. Enacted on December 16, 2025 individuals who seek to place a portable storage unit (POD) or dumpster on Borough highways/roads must obtain a permit from the Borough prior to the placement of the POD or dumpster.
