The Port Carbon Hometown Heroes Banner Committee along with the East Norwegian Hometown Heroes Banner Committee will be accepting in-person applications. Forms will be available and we can scan pictures if needed, please make payments with check or money order only. The events will take place at the Schoentown Vietnam Veterans Home Association located at 612 Fifth Street in East Norwegian Township at the following dates:
Saturday, February 3rd from 12 pm till 3 pm
Sunday, February 25th from 1 pm till 4 pm
